Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City, Chittoor known as IIIT Sri City (IIITS) was established in 2013 by Ministry of Education, Government of India as an Institute of National importance by an Act of Parliament. IIITS is one among the 20 Institutes across India, focusing on Information Technology education, research and development.

n a short span of 7 years, IIIT Sri City has placed itself as one of the leading institutions. We have achieved significant progress in key areas including Campus Placements, Research & Development, Industry Collaboration and Societal Engagement.
In 2018, we moved to our new campus, which hosts the best in class infrastructure to support high-quality learning and living environment.
Our industry partners, Sri City Pvt Ltd enable collaboration opportunity with Sri City, a largest integrated industrial township which hosts 180 MNCs from 27 countries.
We have a team of young and dynamic faculty who have earned their PhD from leading national and global institutions who nurture our students’ learning and personality development.
Our curriculum follows practice-theory-practice approach along with focus on “UG-Research” through a unique Honours programme. We offer BTech specializations in AI & ML, Cyber Security and Cyber Physical Systems.
